Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped by our fulfillment center.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. To ensure you are not charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can do this through your customer portal or by emailing our support team.
Late Cancellations
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may return the unopened items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
